Due to some event, or events, this sign up keeps becoming either bogged down or just ends up disappearing. So, here are the rules yet again:

[1] There are no legendaries to be had.

[2] When posting info, make it neat, descriptive and overall not cringe worthy.

[3] You may have up to six pokemon in your party, only one can be out and with you at a time.

[4] Do not whine, plead, beg or bribe. This will not get you anywhere.

[5] No nicknames for Pokemon.

[6] Pokemon from games up to Emerald only.

[7] Post your personality in your info.

Now that that's out of the way, here's the explanation:

[1] I have no idea what obsession everyone has with these, but please, it's just too overused to always have legendaries in your team.

[2] Do not be lazy, not only does it make you look bad, but you may not have a good chance of making the cut. Also, post info here, no profile pleads.

[3] Do not be Gym Leaders.

[4] Just don't and you'll be fine.

[5] It's hard enough for me to keep track of this.

[6] I don't know every Pokemon.

[7] No one is q blank slate and it will help interactions between characters, themselves, Pokemon and others.

Here's what to expect:

[1] Story! Of course, a good one.

[2] Epic fights! And brutal ones too. Your Pokemon will be burned, poisened, paralyzed or just about anything. Don't worry, limbs aren't going anywhere soon.

[3] Romance. Maybe, but keep this in the back of your head as I might mix things up than traditional romances, if I plan on putting romance in of course,

[4] Rivalry! It's in the title, you'll have goals (Which should go along in your info) that will be completed throughout the series.

[5] Aggressive Pokemon! This world won't be what the games make it, or the Anime for that matter.

Information: Comes from Kanto. He will act harsh at idiots, but calm to normal people. He walks with his Raichu on his shoulder.
