Actually, we are not allowed to freely speak our minds (here, in the Plaza). That is because we are not allowed to post anything that could be offensive to others.

Although I am an advocate of freedom of pretty much anything, I think people here would abuse it. Given that there are many children using this website, there are many things that could go wrong. For instance, there would be no fear of retribution. That makes it easier to just not think about what we're saying.

Language is a tool for efficient communication. The internet is a tool for fast communication. Do not defy both intents by posting incoherent writing.

You guys are just being really over dramatic and paranoid. This is why nothing different ever happens here. Any thread that vuagely mentions religion in one comment of the thread will apperantly cause a huge panic and be demanded to get closed.

No.

Freedom of speech would render mods moot.
Flamewars would start everywhere.
If one were to express their belief about any given thing, BOOM. Arguments left and right. And since it's freedom of speech, mods would be obsolete. And the arguments would devolve into halfhearted spats.
Freedom of speech would bring down 3DSPlaza.
Freedom of speech is a luxury Plaza cannot afford.
