~Prolog~


A dark apparition swiftly glided across the smooth tile floor, not making a single sound. The tall, dark apparition approached a large wooden door with 12 golden panels, 6 covering each side of the door. The golden panels glittered from the luminescent moonlight shining in from above throug a small crack in the stone ceiling. On each panel, was a carving of one of the majestic Zodiac beasts. The apparition pushed the large twin doors open, revealing a cave-like room that was lit up by fire, holding 12 golden pillars. "Welcome, Capra." A soft, monotone voice called out from across the room. Capra bowed and walked towards one of the large gold pillars, it lowered itself to her, and she stepped upon the golden beauty. The pillar shot back up, revealing the tops of the other gold pillars. Each stood an apparition, staring down into a dark cauldron. "My brothers and sisters, fellow guardians of the 12 Zodiac beasts, we come here today to discuss the rebirth of the 12 heirs to the beasts." The monotone voice announced as each apparition looked towards the middle pillar. "We shall begin, now." The larger apparition looked towards the bubbling cauldron as the liquid substance began to twist and turn, revealing 12 faces, all women. "These 12 women shall give birth in 3 months time, each bares one of the pre-born heirs. When the time comes, each heir will be visited by their elder.". Whispers and murmurs travelled throughout the room, then the other 11 apparitions turned to nod at the 12th. "Great, now, off with you." Each apparition disappeared into a cloud of smoke, not a trace that they'd ever been there.
