Pretty self explanatory. This could be a subforum under Polls.

A user could just start any type of survey in there.

Or maybe rename "User-Submitted Polls" to "User-Submitted Polls/Surveys" in forums v2. I think it's fine if we use the words poll and survey interchangeably as long as we understand what they mean.

Language is a tool for efficient communication. The internet is a tool for fast communication. Do not defy both intents by posting incoherent writing.
