@Eminie A bvote (well idk what the b is for) is when a mod starts a vote in the chats, and you have to type /bv yes or /bv no (If I'm correct?). You're basically voting, it's like a poll command.

Some users constantly ask a mod if they can be a mod before/during/after a Bvote. Everytime a mod Bvote has started, the room gets 35+ users. Seriously, someone has to be the crier telling everyone that a Bvote has started.
What's the point? The rules do not say "during a Bvote, go crazy and beg to your heart's content," and the sad part is, the moderators are constantly bombarded with these requests to be Bvoted and promoted because I did this, and have this user demoted because they did that.
Are you trying to annoy the mods and send them into Hell over who gets Bvoted or not? No, the community manager considers if you are worthy or not.
3DSPlaza has lost a few moderators, whether it is due to demotion by request, inactivity, or just leaving the entire website in general.
It is strictly the community managers choice who to mod, and the moderators choice of who to request. If the mod doesn't agree with this user, then they won't select you. It is not your desicion to decide who gets Bvoted, but the moderators and the community managers.
