Browser trouble

Hello I was just wonder li g if anyone could shed some light on the issue I have been having on my desktop pc with its browsers (explorer and Firefox) When I go to open either one, they both kick back an error, yet I still have wifi which is strange and it says it is connected to the Internet so there should be no problems.

Reset the routers
Cleaned out my temporary files
Scanned for virises
And had two of techs come out to look at it,

Ooh. Sounds like a serious problem. I don't know what but my suggestions are:

-Changing your wireless card

Your wireless card may have worn out and changing it may be the solution to your problem.

-Ethernet Cable

Instead of using your computer's wireless adapter, try plugging an ethernet cable from your router to your computer. Tethering your computer might be the most pleasant way to go, in this situation.
