Reviwave is a social site that has compatibility with most mobile devices, such as the 3DS, iOS, Android and much more! It is made for members to socialize using the folowing systems that is developed in Reviwave: Chat, Forums, Status, PMs, Private Chat(Under Construction), and commentaries!

On every page:
<?php include('style.html'; ?>

It would APPEAR as inline styling.

What I do is this for css

Put ALL the CSS in one single file and use <style><?php include 'file.css'; ?></style>

Yeah. I tried that:
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="file.css">

It doesn't work for me. So I decided the php way.
