This is my new OC, BlakMask,or BlakM , who's a villian. His rival, WhiteKape, (WhiteK) Has a white mask, King-like staff, and a white and gold Cape, along with a white hat. BlakM has a red and black cape, Wand(Deals minor to large damage when struck, AKA a tiny to large bolt of lighting)
He wears a tuxedo.
His rival wears a white and gold tuxedo.
