There should be a hashtag system similar to Twitter's.
How it works:
1. There should be a list of trends in 3DSPlaza.
2. In the trends list, there should be 4 tabs, one for most hashtagged, one for most mentioned, one for new trends, one for new mentions!
3. There should be a spot for hashtag of the week and mentioned of the week!
4. Mods should check the trends list for inappropriate hashtags. If there's an inappropriate hashtag or 2, they should delete it!
