If any forum is dumb or fake
you can use a requst like
[DETELE REQUEST] ,
[REMOVE REQUEST] or
[LOCK REQUEST] so a moderator or poster can lock or delete the forum.
If a good forum you can use
[TOP REQUEST] so moderator can put the forum up top of the theme.
oh put REQUEST in red
