This is based off This Some characters are introduced later in the series, and this story would be episode 18 or something.

"So, how'd your last mission go?" Sunae asked.
"Shut up! You know how it went, you were there!", Gajer yelled. She laughed, "It's fun to mess with you."
"May I have your attention?", Cylinder (one of the teachers) asked.
"No", someone said.
"Get out", the principal said.
"But we need a healing potion"
"Should've thought of that before being dumbasses, anyways, we asked for your attention, all eight of you here for something special. Max, Kassuru, Nisu, Natsu, Wendy, Sunae, Gaje, and Lan, one of you possesses the ability to generate amulet energy from your hands. We're not sure which, but we know how to find out." The principal then proceeded to take out a gigantic needle. Then Gaje screamed. "Just kidding"
"Wow, that scream is even girlier than mine." Sunae laughed. In the morning I woke up and noticed that Nisu was gone. I saw her phone on her bed, I turned it on, knowing that it would be wrong to do that, but damnit I needed to know what's up. It showed a text that showed an adress to a funeral.

I decided to go there, I know it would be even worse, but I just had to. When I arrived there she didn't notice me until I walked up to her. "W-what are you doing here?" She asked.
"The real question is, why didn't you tell us you were going to a funeral?"
"I guess there's no getting you off my back, this is my mother's funeral", my eyes widened.
"My dad tried to sacrafice himself by putting himself in the train's way, despite him being immortal, the train crashed through him and hit my mom, who is not immortal. My dad....he lost his arm in the process of it all. He plans to go to the third kingdom where he can retrieve this orb, so he can die. He made up his mind. So I'm going with him." She continued. "WHAT!? Nisu, we couldn't get past the second one, going there is a death wish, if you're going, I'm going with you", I proposed. She sighed,
"Well I guess there's no stopping you, I'll see if my father will let you join."

Her father allowed as he thought he couldn't her otherwise. The trip was long and and was hell, no, it doesn't even begin to compare to what happens next. "There he is", Nisu's dad continued, "Carlex, the main guard, the one with the purple armor, the other one has no armor, just normal clothes, his name is Alex, the big, fat one is Don, he's the weakest of the three, take him out first, got it?" He asked. "Got it!", we both yelled. "This will be fun, you'll soon be a bun." Don said.
"So your arm is still broken, ha! This makes this easier." Carlex said. "Y-YOU SHUT UP!" Nisu yelled. "OH, AND THIS IS JUST PRECIOUS, YOU BROUGHT YOUR DAUGHTER TO DIE AS WELL!?" Carlex glanced at Don for a half-second. "Max! Look out!" Nisu yelled. Don came from behind me with chainsaws as hands. "So this is his amulet ability", I thought to myself as I made a sword appear. With that, I blocked one of the chainsaws. His second one tripped me. At that point in time, I knew, these guys weren't afraid to kill.

Just as his chainsaws were about to hit me, I thought fast and dodged, I decided to run. I barely dodged his attacks, he managed to cutme a few times. I tried to shoot him with electricity in the chest, but it looked as if he didn't feel it at all. "No! Let him go!" Nisu yelled. I didn't pay attention but it looks like Nisu's dad lost. "Get off me brat!" Carlex yelled as he knocked out Nisu with a chop to the head. I ran towards Carlex with my sword but he hit me in the gut with his hand in the form of a claw. It felt like something went inside of me. I then passed out. When I woke up I saw Nisu's dad making a fire. "Hey, so you're awake, guess they decided to spare us. Anyways, there's something I need to tell you, now that Nisu is asleep, this is the perfect time to tell you that....Nisu's mother, she didn't die from a train crash." Nisu's dad continued.

"She died from Carlex, he can shoot laser beams from his sword, on our last mission, she tried shooting one at my wife. I tried to protect her, I really did, but I hurt my arm in the process, the beam went through my arm and hit my wife. I'm here for revenge and to die in the process of it." Nisu's dad stated as Nisu began to wake up. "Huh, what are you guys talking talking about?" Nisu asked.
"Nothing!" They both stuttered.
"Hey look, Mr. Immortal and them are talking, let's give them a special invitation, sneak up on them." Alex said.
"Glub, right", Don replied as he tip-toed towards them. Just them Nisu's dad hit Don on his face with the back of his hand, without even turning a blind eye. "Glub Gluuuub"
"SHUT UP!" Nisu's dad yelled as he kicked Don in the face sending him flying. Nisu's dad was then then being shot by multiple laser beams. "Wow, this is just too easy, guess this is the most pain you've felt all day!" Carlex laughed.

Nisu's dad then stood up proudly and said "Worst? No, this is child's play. I've been shot, drowned, and even was hung. Two of them were self inflicted. They say consider you're own limits before saving someone else. Even without immortality I would've done it. So, you can't just sit here and tell me what pain is if you haven't experienced it yourself." Nisu's dad said weakly. "Well then, maybe I haven't caused enough pain to you yet. This next attack will take out the soul of anyone, even immortal scums like you, I like to call it the soul ridge attack. Now, who shall die first...." Carlex said, he then pointed his sword at Nisu and shot the attack. There was a light, all I saw was Nisu's dad....laying on the floor.

"You took the shot for me, but why?" Nisu asked.
"Nisu!" I yelled.
"Hey, get a hold of that kid, things are starting to get interesting." Carlex proposed. Don then grabbed Max from behind. Nisu's dad's pulse was gone. "Why!? Who am I supposed to live with now!?" Nisu said as a tear dropped from her cheek. "Y-you made Nisu cry, and no one makes her cry!" I yelled. Blue flames started to form around me. I got out of Don's grip and sliced him in two with my reborn sword, it also hit Alex in his face, his soul wasn't sent back but Don's was. "Impressive", Carlex said. I tried to hit him as our two swords met. "You know, I do have to confess something, the attack I used on you earlier is called the demon's claw attack, it puts a baby demon dragon inside the victim, which will soon take over the victim's body and mind. At that time the dragon will grow into a bloodthirsty monster. These sudden bursts of strength from anger are the dragon's." Carlex stated. "Yeah whatever", I said. "Well, I'm done, see ya later." Carlex said.
"Hey wait a second, we just started!"
"I have already seen the depths of your strength, and I would've kicked your ass, it is my demon claw attack after all." He then jumped back in his kingdom.


"Hey guys", the teacher said.
"Teach? Kassuru? Natsu? Wendy? How long were you guys here?" I asked in a sigh of relief. "We came here because we tracked you down, we have our ways, we saw you guys were gone, we came when that fat guy died." The teacher said. "Then you guys know...." Nisu said in a sad manner. "Hey, don't stress, you can live with one of us after all this is over." Natsu said with a smile on her face. "Thanks guys", Nisu said as they walked. "Uh, wrong way guys, we go this way." I said laughing Wendy then kicked Kassuru in the face. "YOU IDIOT! I told you that was the long way!" Wendy yelled. They started to argue and we all laughed.

When we got home, Nisu wrote sonething, it was a letter to his father. It read, "Dear Dad, you proved that no matter what the pain, no matter what the past, we can all make a difference. Sincerely, Nisu"
