Every time someone tells you you're double-posting or triple-posting, they're talking about you posting consecutive comments without anyone posting in between them. Most people find this irritating because when you're the last poster, instead of posting another separate comment, you should just edit your first comment and add what you want to include.
Language is a tool for efficient communication. The internet is a tool for fast communication. Do not defy both intents by posting incoherent writing.

Excuse me if this is already suggested, but we need a 'Mark as Spam' Button. If about 5 or 8 people flag it, the thread or comment is reviewed by a special moderator. If something is found bad or against the rules, the user is notified to obey the rules, and is sent the reason of warning. If they STILL do it, they get banned for a day, up to a week. Or maybe forever.
