Do they really exist? There are a whole bunch of new accounts being registered each day. Are they all really new people though? The are probably alternate accounts. Why would there be new users anyway? How would more people keep learning about this website? Let me explain what I mean.

The forums community is small. You have to sometimes wait at least ten or twenty minutes at least to see a comment reply to a thread. It's always a slow day, especially compared to how the forums used to be when the threads almost emmedietly got replied to every day. If there's at least a hundred new users registered every day, and this website is somewhere around 4 years old, should the forums be super active, without any recognized users? It's soo easy to become well known in the forums. You don't have to post much to be recognized.

The chatroom community is a little different. You don't see the same users every day. There are different ones. However, no matter what time of the day it is, the number of people in each room never usually gets higher than 40. There would also be a couple more rooms with only 10 people in it. Obviously people are using alternate accounts. We know from experience that that's what every single banned user does. The question is, why is there so many? It wouldn't make sense for the newest registered users every day to be actual people who had no connection to this website before making that new account, based on what I stated before. So why are all these alts showing up this often? Who the hell keeps making them?

What is going on exactly? Is this something we should be concerned about? I'm so confused.

All these accounts are coming from LuckyDip. Most of the users spend their time in pms and on profiles. That's why you don't see them. A few of them come to the chat, and a few on the forums. The Brony Thread gets comments quickly, everyone there is pretty active.

I'm pretty sure everyone only using the website for Pms and profiles are the same group of people making new accounts whenever they get banned. I've noticed that people who only use this website for profiles and Pms are mostly people who tend to break the rules a lot.

I think the total number of PEOPLE (not accounts) that use this website is somewhere around 2500.

Advertising would be a pretty good idea. I wouldn't say 25% percent aren't alts. There's probably only a new user every few months or so. So I think a more accurate estimate would be somewhere around 8%. I know that sounds absurd at first, but if you really think about it, the forums would be a lot more active if 25% of the new accounts were actually new people.

Maybe if you count the new accounts made every year, then it'd be 15%. Maybe. This website becomes less known every year. The population also decreases.

No shet. Obviously there is a high percent of people who use alternative accounts each day. Idgaf if there is a No Advertising rule on this site, it feels as if only 15% of this site uses the Forums and 75% uses the forums. I will advertise and no one's gonna stop daddy me. But where shall I start, hm?
