And I'm pretty sure the mods have their own chatrooms where they argue about a specific topic. Like KomeradeKishy said, how about you make a site about this kind of thing and name it 3DSDemocracy or something.

We need to make Plaza a democracy.
We could have 'juries' instead of mods. Maybe 6 people who decide, by voting, how to resolve issues. We could change the jury by a)voting out a member(s) before their term is over OR
There would be juries for chats, forums, etc.
We would have no mods. There would be jurors. Then, everyone would have equal say in who gets banned/unbanned/etc.
Ex. of my system at work:
Jury of 6 users who were elected: Lindsay, Heather, EnVyChRis, Carter, 2 other users. (It doesn't really matter who any of the jurors are.)
They see many people complain about Meowflash.
They take vote on whether to perma him.
Vote reults (made it up) 6-0 to perma MF.
MF is banned.
Everyone is happy because they finally accomplished something.
