I like it a lot, actually.
The only thing I have to say about this is that maybe the body is pretty small? Or is the head a little big?
Other than that, this is a job well done.

I think that kart of her dress blowing because of the wind..

In that case, she has on a short, turtle neck, long sleeved dress in the summer.
