I'm not sure if playR.com runs on Adobe Flash, but you could try it. It's even got a horribly translated Pokemon Green, if it's translation. Actually pretty funny.

I'd rather use an emulator than get lag from poor internet connection.

^ Yeah, unless you have bad internet. I think emus suck because sometimes they crash in the midst of the gameplay, like in zelos1826's blind playthrough of Moher 3. Plus, they can lag badly.
