I have a sense of respect for mods. I had that position, and I quit after three days because of how horribly people behave. Magic of the internet, though. Moderators who can follow the above guidelines and stay patient with users... I salute you. Honestly don't know how you can take it.

I don't think conversation skills really has anything to do with moderation, in general...One can be a good moderator without being highly social.

The rest seems good for general purposes, but I would suggest being a bit more specific...
For example...
-Expertise in what?
-What do you think moderators should be focused on?
-What's considered a good ego?
-Etc...

Though all the listed traits are good and important in a moderator; I believe the best trait a moderator can have is the desire to enforce the rules, rather than just being a moderator as a privilege or a status of popularity.
