The problem is that you cannot transfer any amount of points that would leave you with less than 50 in your account. Those 50 points are what you initially have upon first creating your account. Those 50 points are worthless. Even more so than the concept of "3DSPoints" as a whole. They're practically nonexistent.
I'm sorry to say that there really isn't anything that can be done about this. It's not like admins fix bugs on this website. So next time you wish to transfer points, subtract 50 from your total. Your balance must always be over 50.
