I started tis thread because I see on chat way to much slanged swearing incuding WTF I do not no what this means but I wish the rules should be a bit more harsh to stop cyber bulleing from taking place on me all the way to someluigi and many of the other moderators so if you have any more comments on rule brakers post it on this thread

I don't see any rules displayed at all.
Most users aren't "bulleing". If they ever insult someone, it's usually just a joke.
WTF isn't considered bypass unless you type the actual words.

We don't even need this thread because we already have the rules listed before you go into a chatroom.

This thread is not only about the rules, but also (and mostly) about the people who break them. OP wants us to discuss instances where we have witnessed people breaking rules or swearing.

Before you go and tell a person to learn how to write, I suggest you learn how to read.

WTF can mean many things like What The Flip (which is how I read it), What The Freak, Water The Fountains, ect. so it isn't technically a bypass.

And also, to handle cyber bullying, there's a feature called the "ignore button"
