I have tested 3DS Plaza on a bunch of other devices, and so here is the compatibility!
3DS/XL: Fine
Dsi/XL: Fine
Laptop: Not going to include, can't test every device.
Kobo E-Reader (with out backlight, not fire): Computer version is ok... Top menu bar does not display correctly.

That's all the devices I can test currently. U R WELCOME.
