Multi-Colored Usernames?

Hello, some may remember me, some may not, however, That's irrelevant. I haven't been on this site in over 6 months. And I was on the chat today and I saw the vast majority of users with multi colored names, and I was just wondering, how does one get that?

The peasant is right. What you're asking about is called cSplit, and it is acquired after roughly a buttload f posts.
