(Sooooooo, I'm not dead...)

One day, about 30 years ago, over 50,000 notes fell out of the sky over New York City. Each had the same message.

In 4 years, a small number of children born will have control of an element. 26 years later, the world will end. Protect them from Hal-

Nothing more was placed on the note, and it appeared as though whoever wrote the notes was in a rush, and couldn't finish. Needless to say, the notes were seen as a prank and were completely forgotten by everyone.

...except for the Halberd Corporation.

Almost 30 years after those notes were found the city of New York humans with elemental powers were born. Many were found by an organisation called Halberd. Others were taken by the CIA and experimented on, before being made soldiers themselves. On top of that, the existence of magical creatures has been found by the general public, and several seals around a mysterious black box have some particularly interesting rumors.

The notes were all basically forgotten by the general public, but the Halberd Corporation.

Sooo this is a new story. I tweaked it a bit (basically combined two ideas), but for the most part it's still gonna be an awesome story. It'll have literally everything. I just want some character ideas so, here are some guidelines!

I'll need a characters:

-Name
-Gender
-Appearance
-Personality
-Group Affiliation (Halberd, CIA)
-Elemental or Knight

Knights are what the basic soldiers in Halberd are. They have armor on, but like Iron Man type armor with changeable settings and strength boosters that'll let them go toe-to-toe with even the skilled elementals.

If you don't wanna use a suit, that's cool too. Give me a weapon, and I'll make it so that it's modded to be strong af. Elementals can't use suits because c'mon dude, OP the suits need to form a blood bond with the users for security. Unless you wanna be a blood elemental (sounds a lot cooler/less disgusting then it'd really be) then too bad.

I guess elementals could use weapons but... you know... powers. They can use weapons I guess, but to be fair, if I think an elmentals weapon is OP, I'll change it.

Appearance: Short black hair, soulless black eyes, wears all black, sometimes with a black hood. His clothes have no designs on them.
Personality: Very aggressive, but responds very well to commands. He's very intelligent, but in battle, his anger controls him more often than not. He rarely talks, unless he gives advice or an opinion. He's a killer, plain and simple.
Group Affiliation: If possible, neutral (he works for the one who pays the most). If not, Halberd.

Knight. I'd rather a weapon: Dark blades that weaken an opponent's powers on hit. (To be adjusted by you)

Gender: Female
Appearance: Medium-length brown hair with olive skin, and hazel eyes. She wears a simple white tshirt with a plain gray jacket and black jeans.
Personality: She's a leader, she loves to be in charge. She's highly intelligent and is fantastic at debating. She can process what her opponent does and says in under 10 seconds. Her first instinct is to find a weakness in the argument/battle (depending on situation). Even if she's wrong, she can make herself seem right. This tends to hold her back in arguments and combat. Despite her ability to find the chinks in the armor, she's incredibly horrible in combat. Her accuracy is great, but her ability.. She's not very good at controlling it, and even when she can, it's pretty weak

Elemental.
