That's because someone (or him) removed him mod privileges. CMs don't have the privilege bar unless they're a mod.

I know it doesn't, Meia. I'm talking about like a privilege list. For example, it would show every single kind of mod like a Forum Mod, Chat Mod, news poster, etc.
