So, I'm starting a new Pokemon story where Plaza Users are the Gym Leaders/Trainers/Elite 4, there is a slight twist though, you can have Pokemon with different types than normal, like, a Water type Pikachu or something.

I'm listing the requirements for if you want to be a Gym Leader/Elite 4/Trainer.

(Nutsy) Flying Type Gym Leader: Riolu, Lucario.

(spadeguy) Rock Type Gym Leader: Turtwig, Pansage and Leafeon.

(Spot Open) Gym Leader #3: Has 3 Pokemon, 2 of which can be at the second stage, all of them can be different types from normal, but they all must be the same type.

(Spot Open) Gym Leader #4: Has 4 Pokemon, 2 of which can be at second stage, all can be different types from normal but all must be the same type.

(Spot Open) Gym Leader #5: Has 4 Pokemon, 3 of which can be at second stage, all can be different types from normal, but they all must be the same type.

(Spot Open) Gym Leader #6: Has 4 Pokemon, 3 can be at second stage, 1 can be at final stage, all can be different types from normal, but all must be the same type.

(Spot Open) Gym Leader #7: Has 4 Pokemon, 2 can be at second stage, 2 can be at final stage, all can be different types from normal, but all must be the same type.

(Spot Open) Gym Leader #8: Has 5 Pokemon, 2 can be at final stage, 3 can be at second stage, all can be different types from normal, but all must be the same type.

(Spot Open) Elite 4 #1: Has 5 Pokemon, 4 can be at final stage, one can be at second stage, all can be different types from normal but all must be the same type.

(Spot Open) Elite 4 #2: Same as above

(Spot Open) Elite 4 #3: Same as above

(Spot Open) Elite 4 #4: Same as above

Dragon type Charmander (evolves in to a Dragon/Fire Charizard which mega evolves in to a Dragon/Fire Mega Charizard Y)
Psychic type Bagon (evolves in to Psychic/Dragon Salamence)
Fighting type Pikachu (evolves in Fighting/Electric Raichu)
Dark/Ghost Honedge (evolves in to Dark/Ghost Aegislash)
Grass type Floette (evolves in to Grass type Florges)
Steel type Eevee (evolves in to Fairy type Espeon)

I'd like to be the first Gym Leader.

I'll have a Riolu and a Lucario. They're both Flying types just to make things simple for the first gym. Lucario is Flying/Fighting while Riolu is pure Flying.
