That makes no sense.
Android is an operating system, not a phone manufacturer. They don't make screens, you probably just used a cheapy phone because all touch screens have the same response time now. Also, both iPhones and devices running Android use a Qwerty keyboard. Same keyboard except the Android one can be adjusted to whatever size you want.

I actually have no idea what you're talking about. The screens come out perfectly calibrated from the box. I've never had a poorly calibrated smart phone. And screen calibration is a problem with the manufacturer of the phone model.

No. Android doesn't make screens. Companies such as HTC and Samsung make the screens.

Other companies produce the actual phones, or models. Android is just the software that allows you to do things.

iOS is an operating system, too, and you could probably figure out a way to hack it onto a Samsung or something.

You probably got one of those cheap dollar store touchscreen phones or something, lel.
