If you think the chats needs some updates, you could make a thread in Feature Suggestions.
"Call a mod button" has been made but only by Junaid like, ages ago.

..As well as having a classing system as in amount of activity in the chats.

Suggesting improvements is only for threads in Feature Suggestings only. This thread should be used to discuss about people and commands only because there are way too many threads directly towards and about moderators.
