Needs to be somewhere that can be covered, but not too revealing when I want to show it. For business interviews. Also, I wouldn't get anything giant. I'm getting a quill pen on my wrist.

In a lot of places you just have to have an OK from your parents. So there's no solid age restriction.

You shouldn't get a tattoo on scar tissue. It could put you at risk for infection, unless it's a really old scar.
