I don't have time for helping out much people; I usually help out my coding "buddies" with scripts and what not.
If I do have spare time then I MAY help you depending if you're willing to do parts of the work yourself, learn how it all works and don't claim that everything is yours (when it comes to parts which I've coded) but I highly doubt that so it will have to be a no.

Making a website isn't entirely hard. It should only be difficult if you didn't put effort into learning the languages. Personally, the hardest part of owning a site is actually getting people there.
