Wynaut place all the threads that were actually good but have died ( as in drowned with all the other terrible thread subjects ) in a forum so we can treasure it?

I'd say all of the above. If a thread ends up in the treasure forum that nobody really wants there, it can just be removed from the treasure forum. Simple as that.
