Remember when innumerable amounts of people thought that the world would end on that very day? Oh man.. I ain't gonna lie but I had thought so at first, but then I calmed myself down and said "No.. Wait a second, how would you predict the end of the world??" I heard screaming outside on that very day so I thought to myself "Looks like more people are seeing this, and looks like they're believing it too..." The next day, there was no end to the world.

So tell me;

What was your reaction to 12/12/12?

Do you think there will be another prank similar to that?

I figured I'd make this just for answers, clearly, but also if I'd ever get a school assignment based on that one day.

People are always expecting the world to end on unique dates. To me, 12/12/12 was just an honour (for lack of a better word) to experience in my lifetime.

On 12/12/12 I prayed to America that we stay alive. America then appeared behind me and said, "don't worry you won't die on my watch dude." I was happy to see him. Then when I turned around it was England cooking, so I know why America vanished so soon.

Nobody on this website actually believed that the world would end on that day, but still a bunch of idiots kept making threads saying "guize stahp the worl is not end today" even though there were already too many threads made about that.

The misc was flooded with a bunch of "guys the world isn't going to end today" threads. Nobody on the website was saying otherwise. There was no reason for a thread about it, much less multiple threads.

After I got fed up with the countless threads about something so pointless, I made a thread pointing out that there was no need to make those threads. Nobody read it because it was very long.

"So they must not have commented and let your thread drown right? They wouldn't be stupid enough to post a condescending comment if they didn't even read the thread, right AC?"

Unfortunately, they did comment. They assumed I was saying the world WAS going to end. Inevitably, I got a lot of unnecessary insults and hate about the thread even though nobody even knew what it was about.

Everyone proceeded to make even more threads about how the world wasn't going to end and it pissed me off. Looking back, I actually find it kind of hilarious.
