CLientside - Story:
YOU are living in a world where VR technology has seemed to break through the barrier of development, and is now available to the public. It's highly experimental at this stage, but is safe enough for home use.
There's nothing more to the story at this minute. Check back for any updates.

There are several VR devices to choose from in character.
You have the:
SimVR range of devices; which provide a nice VR experience without having to be fully immersed. Similar to a pair of glasses, but cover your eyes. Similar to the Oculus Rift, but allows minimum ingame control.
SourceReality; fully immersive, similar to the NerveGear from SAO.
DeveloperKit; Fully immersive, blend of SimVR and SourceReality, allows for a lot more functions.

CLientside - VR Spaces:
The current VR Spaces, or rather VRMMO games are in short supply.
List of current VR Spaces, according to inRP NavigationWIKI:
Eternity's Edge - Fantasy based world.
GunfireHaze - Ranges from advanced combat simulations to simple, fun, deathmatches.
VRunderscore (stylized as VR_) - A developer base for creating VR experiences/simulations.
(More games will come as the RP continues..)

RP Features:
Custom in character wiki (PM the admins regarding the question and you shall be notified of answers.)
Dynamic systemic events (such as Server crash, not allowing anyone to log out, etc.)
Can log out of a game and continue in the "real world".
Can develop your own games/VR spaces. (Must post OOC application to ARiSE2501, Game Master.)

Bio: Irisu is a 17 year old, with short black hair, and blue eyes. She often is found wearing a pair of long, black skinny jeans and a grey hoodie, with the VR_ logo on the back. She is moderately good at programming, and is working on her own VR environment. Her personality outside is quite timid, but ingame she's quite carefree on the outside. She prefers RPG's, but is considering picking up GunfireHaze.

Irisu sat alone in her room, at her beloved computer desk in a fancy office chair, wearing a high range DeveloperKit VR headset. Her custom rig sat alone below the keyboard compartment, boasting a large size. Of course, as it was large, it would have been safe to assume that she had loaded it with valid parts. Powered by 6 graphics cards and 3 processors, Irisu seemed to be happily running around her own special, yet blank seeming environment in VR_. The world was painted an orange and dark grey, with Irisu standing out as the only thing with color. She leaped from ledge to ledge, testing out the full body awareness system in her game that she was designing.

Upon Kenny's arrival into the game, he finds himself standing in the center of a large forest-like area, with several buildings situated in trees.

"Hum.. I think I'll invite someone to test this out.." Irisu, who had Eternity's Edge open, selected a random player from the playerlist, and invited them to her test field. Fortunately, this player happened to be using the alias "Kenkazi".

He is greeted with the sight of an NPC, as well as the freely moving user, DDSKurisu. She is swiftly using parkour to jump from section to section.

The NPC answers your question swiftly. "You are in: IrisuTestParkour01. Enjoy your stay." Irisu looks back while hanging onto a ledge. She waves, before continuing.

"System, load AlphaMain." The server seems to follow the command, and load up what appears to be a very basic city so far. They are standing on top of a large skyscraper, looking down on the city.
