I wouldn't have made the lines so drastically bold in spots and then have other spots of linework so thin. It looks good, though, but the lines being a bunch of different widths like you made it makes it look a bit weird. Differently sized lines can be good, but this looks like too much.

I'm a little against animating in Flipnotes. But this is on of the better animations I've seen. I'm not sure what the thing on her leg is, and like Aleks said, The contrast between thin and thick lines is a little confusing. Also, it seems to me like you would be better off not using the ear animation, and copypasta'ing the frames a few times, making the animation longer, and putting the ear animation at the end of the animation. That was she stomps her foot a few times, then moves her ear, rather than having a nervous twitch every .5 milliseconds. Other than that, +1.

I agree with Leviathan. Manually making it repeat and making the loop longer while adding the ear part at the very end would probably make it look better.
