There is actual unclaimed land.
In Africa, sandwiched between Sudan and Egypt.


See the little white spot named Bir Tawil? That's unclaimed land. Unclaimed!

Because these two nations are bad at making proper borders, none of them have that piece of land claimed, meaning anyone can claim it and make their own government, rules, and do anything they want to do.

What would you do there if you had that land claimed for yourself, and what would you call it?
