Windows 10 has technically come out, as a demo was available for download late september. In any case, I doubt Microsoft will change the default browser. They could easily patch IE to include the features Spartan would. Along with that, I doubt many people would even bother checking it out.

This is slightly off topic, but Cortana's files have been found in Windows 10.

IE does not expand dong. It is so slow, badly designed and doesn't support as much as it should.
