He can't be blown up, he has every possible power which makes him able to be anyone's weakness, he can't be ripped in half because he just stretches out and if he eats a nuclear bomb, well.... He has his own little dimension inside of him so the explosion couldn't reach the outside world.
Clearly, his only possible way of dying in by starvation. Even when he "dies" in the games, all he's really doing is being knocked unconsious amd falling asleep. You just can't kill Kirby.
