You should most likely stop focusing the trivial things in life, as they may build up and waste valuable time. Being more caring and sensible could lead to making you feel more fulfilled in your life and how/when you spend it. Small rivalries and competition can be healthy in small doses, but don't let the unimportant and small trivial things hassle you. Also, making an effort to be more trustworthy can repay you in the long run.

You should take anything that life throws at you and roll with it, using it as an opportunity for growth. If you embrace difficult situations, it could put less pressure on you as an individual, making you less tense. While being more relaxed, you cannot shirk your responsibilities though. You have to have a sure sense of your motivations, as doing so will allow you to feel like your have more power in dictating your stress and when you can relax. In all honesty, it could probably be best to start focusing, time to relax will come as a reward later on in life.

You honestly need to try to see the world from a different angle. Put your self-interests aside and try evaluate the course of your life as a whole. Do you have any emotional trauma to release? You have to find this release and give up control. Living in the moment instead of the past can benefit someone like you. Put others first. By letting go of yourself, you may win.

If you do want me to, then ask a question with some detail (not too much), that doesn't have a specific answer. I'm doing two card readings, I'll try to post a picture of the cards along with the interpretation of the answer.
