I made an almond cake (Tarta de Santiago) for a Spanish
project and gave everyone some, they loved it. During my actual presentation though, everyone was chatting. So when I was done it went like this:
Me: Guys one last thing! You want to hear something unsettling?
Class: What
Me: I could have put cyanide in that cake and none of you would be able to tell because of the overpowering almond flavor.
Class: *insert mixed reactions*
Teacher: Thanks for that.
