I'm born, I see a light
And everthing feels alright

As a child I was color-blind
The color blue and green I couldn't find

Middle school was okay
Although I got bullied
Yet there was a girl called May
Together with her I studied

In highschool I cut, and it hurt
Because May went out with a guy named Birt

Until I was 18 and at my door came May
And asked “Wanna go out with me today?”

We went to a resturaunt and ate
She suddenly asked me to be her “mate”

Until Birt walked in and with a shout
He said “What's all this about”

I got punched and pushed out the door
Even May said not to see her anymore

I walked down the street until I saw a car
My heart suddenly felt like char

I ran up to it and stood in front of it's light
And told myself “The time is right”
