A while ago I was planning on coding an mmo, and got nearly finished with it before I figured out basing a game off other peoples websites is completely illegal. In the process of that, I learned that you can use JavaScript to call another script from a different page. I did so and added a new DIV to the page using a bookmark. Couldn't you essentially do the same thing on a 3ds, and add a new div, and just have it in a fixed position at the top of the screen or something, and have several icons that show the notifications? Or even use this plazatools browser to do it.

I think Plaza should have a (3D) video gallery for New 3DS users. There a few things Plaza could do with the New 3DS browser.

A user known as theguyryanb977 aka RyanB, created a site called PlazaPanels that makes it easier to navigate on the chas. It works on all broswers, including 3ds and Wii U.
PC/Wii U Version
3DS/Mobile Version
The major difference between the two versions are that you can navigate to two chats at once on the PC Version. btw before you ask, yes, Ryan did give me permission to make this thread.
