WITHOUT INSULTING OR USING A RUDE TONE, explain some problems that certain users have, give constructive criticism on their PERSONALITY (meaning, this is not a "this mod doesn't do their job right/ is too strict!" thread) and give suggestions on how they can work on that.

While we are on the topic, I have a question about myself; do I seem arrogant or even narcissistic? What else is wrong with me?

Once again, no rudeness allowed. Yes, you can argue against what people say about you that doesn't sound accurate or sounds biased, as long as you are calm about it. Any comments that fail to be civil will immediately be deleted, and I ask that other mods remove rude comments or sentences while I'm not around too. Thanks in advance for your assistance.

AntiChrist, you aren't arrogant. Carlos is arrogant. Whereas you make a thread and ask if you are arrogant, Carlos just assumes his moderation style and attitude is perfect. He even says it. Which makes me think he is either really really unintelligent, or he forgets what arrogant means. You're fine.

I think carlos is just a joker (not a batman villain). I really don't think the rediculous things he says are supposed to be seen as serious, although when he tries to point out the flaws of others, it does seem a little rude and egotistical. Overall, I think he's a pretty cool dude. I'll acknowledge the fact that I may be completely wrong though.
