Nutsy (2015-06-21 17:22:34)I have Seminary (early morning church school) at a house where the kids are homeschooled and frankly, they're socially lacking. They're rarely around other kids and they laugh at anything. I'm assuming this is because their mother has a crazy Mormon cultist attitude and actually has a fair amount of information incorrect or flawed.

iceman (2015-06-21 17:53:06)I'm homeschooled and love it. I'm not socially awkward other then when I am talking to females but that's the case for many. I find a whole lot funny, even the cheapest of jokes can be funny to me just because of how immature I am. Am I functional member of society or nah?

Once you are in 8th grade, STOP HOMESCHOOLING. You need to be able to know how to interact with people. I know a lot of you THINK you are not socially awkward, but you seem just like that kind of people who are socially retarded in real life or at least close to that. I don't know how to explain to you what I mean, but a lot of you probably wouldn't be able to understand anyway. Stop homeschooling in 8th grade. Be prepared for high school. Get out of your little shell that you think you don't have, humble yourself and MAKE SURE YOU ARE ABLE TO FUNCTION IN SOCIETY. A lot of you are NOT as intelligent and good with people as you think you are. Make sure you are prepared!!
