Frozen is overrated, not because of the songs. (which also happen to be overrated). When I was on an airplane there be a 50 yr old man watching Frozen next to me, just because everyone on the face of the planet's seen it. Because of that, people say it's the best movie ever just so people don't throw Frozen merchandise and tomatoes at them.

The Breakfast Club
Edit: Idk how young you guys were when it came out but the first Shrek movie was actually genius for a family movie. (Everything else was sequel hype) DreamWorks wasn't doing well at all and being overshadowed by Pixar. They made Shrek as a satirical response to all of Disney's stereotypical family movies and fairy tales. It had some good laughs. The whole Shrek meme kind of ruined it though.

^No lol, that's not what I meant. I was just using an example that everyone's seen it. People just think it's really good, and people say it's better than it really is just so people like you defending Frozen won't be up in your face about it. I see what you mean though, it's a fine point. Just people that actually do love Frozen a lot haven't seen any great movies with mind boggling plots that have animation/CG, because they think Frozen is so bomb that there isn't any better. No, it's just because they haven't watched any better.

When I watched Lucy,I thought it was the most amazing movie I'd ever seen. But after I started watching movies like that, I began to see Lucy was a piece of compared to the real stuff, just because it looks amazing with outer space crap doesn't make it amazing. There's been so much better.

@FluxerCry I guess you live in a small town. People all around me make Frozen tributes, whether it be their hairstyle, outfits, and you can bet your life all the girls, no matter the age, dress up as Anna or Elsa for Halloween.
