Forced 30 second AD's that buffer.

and I mean so forced that changing videos won't help get rid of it.

^^ the internet can be slower at night and the early morning. it can however take like 1 - 3 seconds to buffer at first and have a video playing without buffering.
I use two ISPs. The main internet is further away from the alternative and the alternative can turn out to work a lot better because of the distance and how less busy it is.
