Keyboard: Loud vs Quiet
Dreo (2016-03-10 14:18:22)Oh, that sounds like a great project. Do you think that kind of idea could feel the same? I cannot actually imagine being able to fully emulate the real feedback, but there's no reason it shouldn't be possible.
^^ This pretty much. Nice for the morning and afternoon but not so good at night.

MissJanie (2016-03-10 19:56:35)I dunno. I like my noisy keyboard, but I have haptic feedback for the keyboard on my phone. I don't like the keyboard clicks that it has.

SpriteMite (2016-03-11 02:33:55)I have a loud keyboard (Tt Esports Poseidon Z Blue Switch variant) but everyone in my house hates it because it's loud. If I get another keyboard I might go with Brown switches rather than Blues.
In response to the noisiness in software thing, brown switches would actually be pretty good for that since they're not very loud but are still tactile.
(For once this is actually my kind of thread because keyboards are like my favorite thing)

Your everyday boring person.
TheIronMadden (2016-03-11 02:57:11)It doesn't really matter to me. My laptop has a pretty quiet keyboard, but I don't pay much attention to it.
You won't see me here, but you might find me if you look in the right places.
Nemesis (2016-03-11 03:37:40)I like when the sound of the keys is louder.
Naira (2016-03-11 17:29:34)Loud creeps me out, especially when the room is quiet and everyone is on their laptops, typing away.

What do you prefer, a loud keyboard, or a quiet one and why?
