You can participate early on Pokemon Go before it officially releases if you qualify on this website.

1. First you'll come across this page.

2. As you see above, just leave the Optional portions blank. When they start handing out the codes to download Pokemon Go, cross your fingers and hope you're lucky. It's still unannounced when they'll be distributed, anyway. Good Luck!
