What is the healthier way of living in your opinion?

(i) By only eating vegetables and fruits, and also working out.

(ii) By becoming a carnivore (only meat), and go to gym.

(iii) By eating vegetables, meat, fruits, and do exercise and all.

(iv) Just drink water and eat fruits, and do gym.

Bonus Question: How much do you follow your diet plan?

Note: If you also write supportive text to your opinion that would be better. Since we're arguing what's a better diet/way.

I agree with the third point, since everything is necessary and becoming a carnivore or vegetarian will make you unhealthy/unfit in some way.

But I am afraid, I am too carnivorous, and this is a threat to life. ;-;

Third.

I eat a good balance of meat and vegetables, and in good portions, and I still can't manage to gain weight. I don't even exercise much to burn off fat, and I'm still a ing rail. So I think I'm doing pretty good.

Sorry about your chain, girls. :b

(v) Drink water sparingly (if ever), rather opting for soda and other liquid alternatives, eating junk food almost exclusively, but maintaining a healthy bod by regular exercise.

Woot.

Crush, how often and how quickly do you get tired/fatigued while exercising?
I miss you

I imagine the first option is the most healthy. Even though meat is healthy too.
I am the lizard king, I can do anything.

@Panzer, generally tired out after about twenty minutes or so of intense weight training. But walking's what I do most, and it's pretty unusual for me to walk less than 20,000 steps a day, so I can walk all day and still be fine, as long as I have something delicious to drink, especially in the summer.

The 3rd option is healthiest. 2nd grade science to me.

I walk enough, maybe more than enough, but I still don't do gym. I'm high on meat, still I am not increasing my body weight and I am underweight. This is obvious that my blood is getting dense and thick. I really need to have a diet plan and I have to give sometime to gym too.
