What are your talents? Do you have any? I'm sure you do. But have you discovered them yet.

I think I have not discovered mine yet, but I can bat really good when I'm playing cricket.

I'm kind of a jack of all trades and master of none. I try everything but I never get really into one particular thing. When I was little I heard the term "Renaissance man" and I thought it was a neat concept. To try to be skilled in everything was a cool challenge.

I'm really good at hula hooping Most of my "talents" are completely useless. I'm not sure what you consider a talent because being good at something doesn't always make it a talent. Like, I have heard I am fantastic at writing but is it a talent?
I am the lizard king, I can do anything.

My teachers say I'm really skilled at writing, acting, and reading aloud with expression. My family members say I'm really good at drawing. An old friend of mine said my singing was phenomenal. I didn't exactly believe her because I can't hit super high notes, nor super low notes.

As far as what I consider to be my talents, I'd say I'm mostly good at writing, drawing, reading with expression, and acting.

What Kishy said tbh. My aunt used "Jack of all trades, master of none," to describe me once. I think just about everything I've tried falls under the art catergory. I'm currently starting theatre and possibly dancing. The only art thing I've stuck with is drawing. I might try soccer this year.

@Nemesis

There is a difference between being talented and being skillful at something.

If you did nothing to be a good writer then it is your talent, but if you worked extremely hard to write like this then you have acquired the skill to be a good writer.

I don't really believe in being born talented. I mean, you could be naturally "good"/above average at something, maybe improve a lot faster than others, but I think you'd still need to work extremely hard to become talented. That is unless you're good at singing or something like that.

I guess at drawing? It feels more of a skill but apparently I did very good for my second submission I shared (4th image on Tumblr) that was posted on a forum. It was mainly the detail that made the submission look good.
There were some that were just.. urg.. not that great and that doesn't always follow the it-improves-after-each-submission thing, if I have to be brutally honest. It did follow that later on, fortunately.

The first image I drew and submitted on my Tumblr looked pretty good for an image I drew for the first time in a long time (possibly around 5 years if we're excluding basic 3D sketches of designs and some face-drawing basics).

Now? Well, it really has improved and I'm quite happy with how the work is turning out. In fact, I have a whole load of (really) random sketches that I find to look good but haven't worked on further (lineart, colours).

But enough rambling on..

If the above doesn't really qualify as a talent then maybe there's other things but I don't know for certain. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

@little5 That is "grooming the talent", and not every talent need to be groomed.
