BirdJesus (2016-10-04 02:07:55)I've put more commitment into my exercise and diet in the past few months. I've managed to lose a little over ten pounds so far, and I've gained quite a bit of muscle as well. I'm not nearly as fat as I used to be. I don't think your insult holds any meaning, SMO.
