Eeh, it's having ups and downs but don't thinks it's dying. Sure there are people who left but doesn't mean that it's dying because this is still having new members here and you won't know if they will be active or not.

The slow process of it's death started around 2012 and Robdeprop is just continuing his cycle of being active for about a week and then leaving for a year in Internet time. He isn't really back.
