I noticed this place is rather dead. There seems to be a difficulty with finding new people aside from the chats which are seemingly inactive most of the time aside from the odd hours. The only other way I can see for people to find one another is through the "Newest Member" bar at the bottom of the homepage.

With all that in mind, I'd like to invite people to introduce themselves here, or at the very least drop in and say "Hi".

I've recently returned to the site after a 5-6 year hiatus so pardon me if there is already a post similar to this, I glanced around and didn't immediately see anything similar.
